EXE Contracting replaced the aging skylight system at McLeod Athletic Park in Langley, B.C. The work included removal of existing panels, installation of new translucent roof assemblies, and coordination of crane operations within an active municipal sports facility. The elevated installation required careful staging, weather management, and precision fitting over the grandstand structure.
EXE Contracting completed facility upgrades at Finning Canada’s Surrey location to support the integration of The Cat Rental Store. Work included demolition of existing millwork, installation of new cabinetry, countertops, appliances and finishes, and updates to mechanical and electrical services to suit the revised workspace layout. The improvements modernized the facility and enhanced daily operational efficiency.
EXE Contracting constructed a new yard staff washroom at Finning Canada’s Surrey facility. Work included trenching and installation of underground plumbing, framing and enclosure of the washroom structure, and completion of interior finishes, fixtures and mechanical/electrical connections. All work was carried out within an active industrial yard with coordinated access and safety controls.
EXE Contracting upgraded employee change room facilities as part of a larger integration project for Finning Canada and Finning International. Work included demolition of aging finishes, installation of new lockers and benches, upgraded lighting, durable wall protection, new washroom partitions and high-durability flooring to modernize heavily used staff areas.
EXE Contracting carried out interior building alterations at Warner Bros. Studios in Langley to accommodate new production requirements. Work included selective demolition of existing partitions, preparation and modification of large-format studio spaces, and coordination of structural and layout changes suited to film and television production use.
